In tests the diamond produces an average light intensity of up to 50% more than other reflectors on the market

  Designed to compensate for the natural imbalance in light distribution and re-distribute the available light to give a more even spread of light with less hot spots.

This unit is already assembled complete with lamp holder, supply lead with EIC plug and is supplied with full instructions.
