Propagation Fluorescent Lighting

Propagation Lighting Propagation lighting is best suited to germination, cloning (taking cuttings from other plants) and early seedling growth. These lights give out blue spectrums of light. Propagation lights are dedicated early growth stage lights, whereas energy saving lights in blue spectrums are also highly suitable. Metal halides can also be used, but are not recommended for very early growth, due to the amount of heat that is produced by them. The lights below can be used at approximately 10 cm above plants' tops.
